The machine will not turn on by clicking the red on button.
Check that the power is correct.
Check that the power cord is connected correctly.
Check that the fuses in the power point are intact.
Iin the event that there has been a power outage, switch off and switch on the machine using the back switch as the circuit breaker on the machine may have tripped.

The key has a lot of burr on finishing the duplicate.
The cutter is worn, replace with a new cutter.

The measurements of the duplicate keys are not correct
Check that the depth and lateral adjustment are well executed on the machine. check the adjustment section of the user manual.
Ensure that the two keys are positioned in the same way in the vice, either using the stops with the positioner or using the stop tips on the keys.
The probe and the cutter have the same angle, so it is very important to always use original jma cutter and probe parts.

The motor has no cutting power and stops when duplicating the key
Check for cutter wear.
If the cutter is not worn the motor capacitor may be damaged, in this case the motor loses turning force. request a motor capacitor from jma and replace it.
