JMA Peru brings together 100 ironmongers and locksmiths on a successful technical day

On December 7th, JMA Peru's facilities hosted a technical day for ironmongers and locksmiths. The event, which served to showcase JMA's wide range of products, was well attended by around 100 professionals from all across the country.
Given that the Peruvian market is well aware of the quality of JMA's keys and their mechanical and electronic duplicating machines, JMA Peru focused the day on remote controls for garages, access doors and barriers and transponder technology for the automotive sector.
Participants learned to make copies of JMA's remote controls, both by mirroring and with the help of the Online Remote Control guide, which helps to make the duplicate in three easy steps. They also practised cloning the TPX4 chip using the TRS5000 EVO cloning machine, one of the most interesting points for the ironmongers and locksmiths in attendance.
The day ended with a demonstration of products by IFAM, the locksmith brand which forms part of the Altuna Group. The participants highlighted the quality and variety of the firm's cylinder locks and escutcheons, padlocks and motorcycle locks.

In January, Dulio Vásquez and Rober Criollo, representatives from Cerrajería Vasquez (Lima) and Cerrajería La Llave-Kar (Piura), and clients of JMA Peru, were treated to a trip to visit to the JMA Mexico manufacturing plant.
Via SKS (its UK subsidiary), JMA attended another edition of MLA Expo between 4 and 6 October. It was a highly successful trade fair for the company in terms of visitors to the stand and new contacts made, as was to be expected from one of the largest events in the locksmithing sector.
JMA Portugal attended the first edition of the APECSS Meeting Expo in September, which took place in the city of Troia. Organised by the Portuguese Association of Key and Security System Companies, the event was attended by the most important companies in this sector in the country. At one of the main stands at the event, JMA attracted numerous professionals to its space.
The summer season usually means plenty of trade fair activity for JMA Mexico. Large crowds visit its stands and significant interest is generated in its products at every event. The three trade fairs attended by the brand between June and September were a clear sign of that.
