At the end of May, JMA Alejandro Altuna S.L.U. participated in presenting the diagnosis done by the city council of Arrasate-Mondragón for attracting new business initiatives to the city. JMA Alejandro Altuna S.L.U.'s role in the event was as a company with a significant economic impact on the city and surrounding area. Some other entities invited to inform themselves about the diagnosis and make contributions included Ikerlan, Fagor Arrasate and Edertek.

The goal of the diagnosis is to generate synergies between companies and emphasise the role Arrasate-Mondragón has historically played in the development of Basque industry, in addition to the logistics and production resources it has that make it a perfect place for investments in production.

Since its founding in 1942, JMA has been a primary player in the city's economy in terms of creating wealth and employment. And its institutional relationships are an expression of its commitment to remaining in that role.
